Job Requirements:-

1. Products application and process proposal

- familiar with Clariant products technical aspects

- customer's data analysis, simulation performance evaluation

- set up customer performance profile, complete customer reports/papers

2. Customer visits and technical services

- independent conduct technical services related to the assigned products, such as startup and loading

- timely response to customer requests for troubleshooting, identify root cause and provide effective solutions at minimum efforts

- supporting Sales implementing sales strategy, develop relationship on different levels

3. Translate customer unmet needs into technical lead for further product development

- initiate product improvement discussion and provide quantitative/qualitative evidence

- verification of products development results and suggests test method

- introduction of new products to customers on technical aspects



Requirements:-

- bachelor Degree in chemical engineering

- 4+ years Experience in Chemicals industry; Industry gas Engineering or catalyst related background preferred

- good communication skills, teamwork and cooperation with colleagues globally
