职务描述
Scope
- A position in logistics function which manages transportation, import and export brokerage.
- In charge of China transportation relates to Sales Marketing, R&D, Sample Warehouse. It includes capital equipment and spare part transportation, sample distribution.

Responsibilities
- Ensure company compliance with China Customs, CIQ regulation. Fan out to counter parts for any regulation and policy updated by China Customs and CIQ.
- Good communication with TI internal colleagues, well understanding requirements, working with LSP (Logistics Service Provider) to ensure all import & export goods are declared and delivered timely.
- In charge of logistics SAP transactions, database analysis, reporting.
- In charge of declaration documents archiving.
- In charge of management of bonded equipment, spare parts which locate in Shanghai R&D, Lab, and audit annually.
- In charge of New Hirer Orientation training in relation to Logistics.
- Monitor transportation cycle time, both import and export.
- Review and evaluate LSP’s performance monthly.
- Manage in-house person and intern.

任职要求
- College degree or above.
- Minimum of 2years experience in manufacturing industry or similar position.
- Hands-on experience on importing and exporting. Knowledge on Customs and CIQ regulation.
- Good communication skills, problem solving abilities, team work spirit are needed.
- Good English in writing, speaking and listening.
