Core Accountabilities:

? Plan budget ,organize and manage area new shops, store relocation and refit projects of clarks great China. Ensure Clarks unitray ,shopfit and retail format presentation following company guidelines in all store.

? Lead opening of new stores and store re-fit. Communicating the process seamlessly with own retail or retail partners, Clark’s team and vendor. Sign off new C7+, C7 and IFS stores. Coordinate IFS store opening process. Liaise with HQ IFS team for efficient store opening process.

? Communicate with Own retail, retail partner, sales team and department store/shopping mall effectively to ensure the space design, unitary ,construction meets necessary business and regulation requirement

? Attend the on-site check and organize meeting. Inspect the site timely, communicate with all sides to make sure the unitary production, installation and architecture construction meet the opening schedule;

? Provide after-opening site visit on quality, follow up the defect list, payment;

? Anticipate and resolve problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts to achieve on time or earlier deliveries and ensure contracting partners deliver project within the contracted duration & agreed budget.

? Weekly project review, risk mitigation and issue management. Prepares periodic reports for projects management, as necessary or requested, to track store opening schedule an project quality

Requirements:

?Experience in working in a multinational Company at least 3 years for the project management

?Knowledge of retail store opening and retail industry would be an advantage

? CAD drawing

? Project management

? Focus on accuracy and quality

? Communication skills and Team working

? Space planning and management techniques

? Proficient in English and Mandarin language both written and oral

? Highly organised and able to worked within tight timeframes
