Power Management and Multimarket

The Power Management and Multimarket Division focuses on components for efficient power management and high-frequency applications. The components are mainly used in consumer products such as TVs, gaming and mobile devices as well as computer servers.

In your new role you will:

• Technical school graduates or above in Electronic Engineering, majoring in Radio engineering or Microwave engineering is preferred
• At least 3-4 years of experience in semiconductor chips die attach and wire bonding, skilled operate Palomar 3500II and Hesse & Knipps BJ820 is preferred
• Fundamental use RF instruments is preferred, e.g. network analyzer
• Be good at lab technical work, self motivator and able to work independently
• Good communication, learning capability, and interpersonal skill
• Fundamental English ability, fluently in Chinese
• Familiar working in a multicultural environment (e.g. Western cultures )
• 电子类中专学历及以上，无线或微波专业优先
• 3到4年半导体芯片组装工作经验，使用过Palomar 3500II and Hesse & Knipps BJ820设备者优先
• 有射频仪器设备使用经验者优先，例如网络分析仪
• 适应实验室助理工作，积极主动，善于学习，能独立承担相应工作
• 良好的人际沟通、协调能力
• 基本的英语技能，熟练中文
• 适应多文化工作环境（如西方文化）

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Responsible for RF transistor samples assembling and testing.
• Follow samples request form and bonding diagram given by engineer
• Prepare and inspect the raw materials before transistor samples assembly
• Operate corresponding equipment finish die attach and wire bonding for samples per corresponding design rules
• Use network analyzer check the samples RESO by engineer's requirement
• Seal package, marking label, hand over samples to engineer on time
• Power amplifier demo board soldering and assembly
• Ordinary store, maintain and supplement the raw materials for sample lab, e.g. wafer, Cap, packages
• Ordinary maintain equipment and instruments for sample lab
• Ensure information security of the sample lab (e.g. make sure no non-authorize person are not accessing the lab, ....etc. )
• Assist in ensuring the lab environment are in clean, systemized and organized manner.
• Support the Infineon 5S program and general Lab Auditing.

• 负责样片实验室原材料的存放、补充与日常维护
• 负责样片实验室设备的日常维护与管理
• 负责样片实验室的信息安全
• 支撑英飞凌5S项目和实验室例行检查
