岗位职责

1、负责及时准确打印网店每天交易成功的发货单、快递单； 熟悉并能应用ERP操作系统

2、保证发货准确、快速；及时与售后客服沟通处理售后问题

3、处理订单的其它问题；退换货商品做好记录并通知售后客服；

4、配合仓储人员对商品进行盘点，入库管理。

任职资格

1、 优秀的沟通能力和处理问题能力；

2、 熟悉电脑操作，熟悉常用办公软件；

3、 工作细心、积极，富有工作热情和团队合作意识。

工作时间:

每周6天（餐补+加班费+年终奖）
