Main Responsibilities/ 工作职责：
对各生产线工艺流程进行优化改进，提高生产效率
Optimize and ameliorate the production flow and enhance the production efficiency.

制定在线标准操作规程，使员工工作姿势、动作达到最有效率和最安全化
Make on-process standard and make workers performing most efficient and safe.

改善车间设备布局，使之更合理更方便操作
Optimize the overall arrangement of workshop to be more convenient and reasonable.

制定修改生产车间相关的SOP
Constitute and modify the related SOP of production workshop.

定期组织员工考核培训，颁发上岗证
Organize workers training regularly and award them certificate to have qualification to mount guard.

对无法满足生产需求的设备进行改进和采购
Purchase and improve the needed production equipment.

贯彻上级指示，完成上级布置的其他工作指令
Carry through the direction and orders of the superiors

Qualification & Experience/职位要求
3 working experience in process improvement or project management, working as Process Engineer or Production Supervisor in cosmetic company is preferred

3年流程改进或项目管理经验, 有在化妆品公司担任过工艺工程师或生产管理岗位的优先考虑

对生产管理有兴趣，并能长期钻研
Interested in production management and dive into it

英语与电脑水平良好
Good English and computer ability

积极向上的人生态度，自我学习能力强,付出、坚持
Positive attitude and self-study ability, pay-out and persistence

Education & Language/学历及语言要求
本科以上学历
College undergraduate or above
