Key Areas of Responsibility:
？ Day to day IT supports for the users, solving cases received from the end users by Emails and Calls.
？ Support and error correction on IT infrastructure components.
？ Maintain telephony and printer.
？ Responsible for the IT equipment distribution, transfer and retrieval.
？ Responsible for the IT fixed assist management.
？ Write and update technical documentations.
？ Reporting to IT Support management on status and progress.
Requirements:
？ College Students.
？ Good English skills in written.
？ Strong problem diagnosis and troubleshooting ability.
？ Strong coordination skills.
？ Are focused on delivering best quality solutions.
？ Are proactive and takes the ownership.
