职位描述
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. To manage ODM/EMS sites daily production quality activities.
2. Audit and qualify suppliers to build up AVL for key components;
3. Participate in design review and give recommendation to development team;
4. Develop all necessary Quality documents include but not limited to, Supplier qualification plan, Supplier quality requirement and expectation, product reliability plan, etc;
5. Perform periodic supplier audit and risk assessment;
6. Conduct first article inspection process, product qualification includes manufacturing process verification;
7. Establish supplier manufacturing/test/inspection plans and procedures;
8. Implement real time WIP and failure tracking process at supplier sites;
9. Work closely with tier one supplier to sustain and improve component quality;
10. Establish component level ORT at factory and drive quality improvement;
11. Correlate and standardize test and inspection process among field repair and EMS.
12. Define and automate supplier data collection and reporting;
13. Drive failure analysis and corrective actions;
14. Drive EMS Quality and Process Management group to ensure smooth production launch for new products and continuous improvement activities.
15. Assist in developing supplier quality metrics and improvement initiatives;
16. Manage day to day activities of supplier quality organization including resource planning to support supplier, PPAP processes, supplier development and training;
17. Identify and lead projects to drive the external failure rates and internal defect rates down by a minimum of 15% per year for assigned products;
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
1. At least Bachelors degree (BS) in an engineering discipline and directly related 3+ years experiences in quality engineering or quality systems;
2. Comprehensive knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems, problem solving tools and methods, and quality planning tools and methods;
3. Process management experiences in EMS and/or Electronic Component Manufacturing;
4. Experience in OEM and EMS supplier sourcing, selection and qualification;
5. Experience in new product qualification and release approval;
6. Experience in international standards for EMS and/or Electronic Component Manufacturing;
7. Strong project/program leadership skills & accountable to program metrics with respect to cost, schedule, customer satisfaction, & quality performance;
8. Ability to organize & lead cross-division & ad hoc teams to standardize & streamline quality processes;
9. Develop the ability to view supplier performance from a group wide perspective, target negative trends, and prioritize corrective action at poor performing suppliers for the benefit of all divisions;
10. Can travel to and stay in the supplier side to execute the responsibilities;
11. Must be fluent in Mandarin and good in English; good written and verbal skills in both languages required.
12. Must have good oral communication skills and confidence in dealing with a wide range of people. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Be ability to daily write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English. Be ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Be ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
