Requirements
入职要求

1. Major: Mechanical or Mechatronics.
2. At least 5 years of work experience related to product design - mechanical engineering (instrumentation design preferred; loadcell experience a plus)
3 Demonstrates excellent capability of mastering CAD tools such as Solidworks or Pro-E and AutoCAD, and proficient with MS Office.
4. Understands finite element analyses/software.
5. Understands the steps to take a design from concept to mass production and ability to formulate DOE and write test reports.
6. Inquisitive, and able to improve technical skills through training and self-study.
7. With proven track record as regards creativity, and possessing a "can-do" attitude
8. Able to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
9. Good communication skills and able to work well in a team environment.
10. Good command of English (reading and writing). Comfortable with verbal communication in English.

Job Scope
工作职责：

1. Assemblies, fixtures for pressure sensors, integrating internal and customer requirements.
2. Mechanical design for new product development (product structure & process) in conjunction with electronic engineering, project management and manufacturing engineering, ensuring design milestones are finished to schedule.
3. Improve structure & performance of existing products; follow up/solve/improve product support issues and assist other design engineers.
4. Modify/renew design or fittings of existing products to improve margins or treat component obsolescence.
5. Assist in making samples, prototype testing, process problem detection and prepare experimental/test reports/analyses.
6. Confirm outsider vendors/suppliers materials and processes to ensure incoming material quality.
7. Produce and manage detailed drawing package, BOMs, draw up qualification test programs, support production, quality and sourcing as required.
