Our Customer Service manager has a wealth of customer service experience and ensures that all customers the team speaks to are happy and satisfied with every purchase they make. Our finance and buying team is committed to placing stock orders to ensure our bestselling products are always available within 7 days and on the odd occasion when customers are not 100% satisfied handle refunds in a timely manner. Our website is kept up to date by the ecommerce team who ensure that dimensions are accurate and our on-site product pictures are crisp and clean.

Our factories and suppliers are overseen by a dedicated team who ensure that the quality of our products remain as close to the original quality as possible, any customer issues are raised with this team and thoroughly investigated and new products are brought to our attention as soon as they become available –we only ever want happy, satisfied customers and it is this team that ensures this happens checking 100% of all furniture, lighting and accessories that we sell before they are carefully packed to leave the factory to be shipped to our customers across Europe.
