Senior Manager Mechatronic Training

Employment – full time

Key Responsibility

• Lead team to establish, develop, adapt the career program and new product training program with progressiveness of training methods and approach for Technical Staffs base on the BMW Requirement and Market needs.


• Lead team to implement Mechatronic regular Training and new module training base on the annual Mechatronic Training planning.


• Mechatronic Training coordination of the training center Mechatronic Training team and Mechatronic Training strategy and planning team for Mechatronic Training planning and implementation.


• Lead team to implement Mechatronic Training certification and control certification quality base on the annual Mechatronic Training certification and planning.


• Mechatronic Training team management to ensure the trainers performance and training quality up to BMW standard.


• Lead teams to implement Mechatronic Trainer qualification program: new trainer interview, new trainer develop and certification, internal and external trainer development and training quality control base on training qualification process and standard.


• Projects management and Implementation


• Lead teams to support training center on-site management to ensure the training center operational up to BMW Standards.


• Supporting other departments for the technical and product related training.


• Other tasks assigned by line managers.

Qualification

• Knowledge of retail and wholesale business in automotive industry.


• Knowledge of training and education.


• Knowledge of BMW product.


• Profound Knowledge of training needs analysis, planning, organization, system, curriculum design and delivery.


• In-depth understanding of aftersales business, especially in workshop area.


• Able to take new challenge and new tasks required by BMW and Market with great orientation as service provider for best solution and result.


• High level of management skills


• Proficiency in written and spoken English
