Key roles and responsibilities:

I.To assist the Senior Finance Manager to provide effective monitor and control on financial and credit risks of asset service department and all full management projects in Greater China.

II. To assist the Senior Finance Manager to provide efficient and effective execution of the day-to-day accounting function of Greater China.

III. To assist the Senior Finance Manager to provide internal review and audit on projects.

IV. To assist the Senior Finance Manager to provide trainings to financial team of asset service department.

V. Any other duties as directed by the Senior Finance Manager.



REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, tax and related;

· At least 10 years experiences in property management companies;

· Must have good communication skills to deliver and obtain information accurately and effectively;

· Must be detail-orientated, accurate and analytical during the work;

· Must be able to handle multi-tasks at the same time and deliver work result with high quality and within the deadline.

· ?Must be motivated with responsibility and sense of ownership during the work.
