- Responsible for analysis and reviewing the monthly Commercial P&L reporting, provide the comments/action plan suggestions.
- Report and analyze sales and margin performance
- Work out the budget for Asia and China
- Understand and analyze the variances against last year and budget
- Communicate to inter-companies each month the export price
- Implement necessary procedures to have internal control in place
- Assisting in ad hoc projects as new projects, cost saving programs, information system deployment etc
- Document Business Cases for new business strategies
- Monitor and follow projects implementation costs
- Cooperate with China Financial Director and HQ to monitor finances across Asia

Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position in foreign organization. Experience in finance controlling across Asia
- Strong data management, mathematical and analytical skills
- Good communication skill
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Excellent level of English, fluent in mandarin both spoken and written
