Qualification:
1. Master degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 3 years of analog IC Design experience
3. Strong knowledge in analog CMOS and Bipolar IC design;
4. Good communication ability and teamwork spirit
5. Satisfactory written and oral communication skills in English

Duties：
1. Understand the system requirements and transform it to IC design Spec
2. According to the requirements of 6 sigma, use the top-down design method, design and validate the analog/mixed-signal circuit module
3. Direct layout design engineer to complete the chip physical design
4. Cooperate with test engineers, and complete the chip measurability design
5. Analyze and solve problems appears in the circuit design

岗位职责：
1. 理解系统要求，并转化成IC设计Spec
2. 按照6sigma的要求，依照top-down的设计方法，设计并验证模拟/混合信号电路模块
3. 指导版图设计工程师完成芯片的物理设计
4. 与测试工程师合作，并完成芯片的可测性设计
5. 分析并解决芯片中出现的问题

任职资格：
1. 电路与系统、微电子相关专业毕业
2. 从事模拟、混合信号集成电路设计工作经验3年以上
