Role:
Incumbent would be a part of QAI’s business development team under QAI Global Services division of QAI China. Broadly the responsibilities would include:
? Growing Sales massively in this division.
? Key account management and generation of business from existing accounts
? Create and service new accounts.
? Marketing to increase sales
? Seeking and managing partnerships & alliances
? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for increasing sales.
? Making proposals, demonstrations & presentations to corporate clients.

Qualification:
- Preferably an MBA with 3-5 years of experience in selling solutions & consulting.
- Must have experience in selling offering in the domain of Process improvement/ Operational excellence

Skills Required:
- Strong communication & presentation skills,
- Must be an initiator, innovator and have a creative thinking style.
