职位描述
1. 负责机器安装，并保证机器正常运行
2. 现场解决客户问题，提供机器维护等技术支持
3. 独立完成售后服务及产品报价
4. 及时向客户发放零件
5. 客户技术培训
6. 致力于客户满意
7. 持续提高产品质量，降低质量成本
8. 完成与本职工作相关的临时指派任务


任职要求
1. 机械或相关专业，大专或本科学历
2. 3-5年售后服务工作经验
3. 有木加工机械售后服务工程师工作经验者优先
4. 较强的客户服务意识， 并且同时具备解决技术问题、维护客户关系的经验
5. 具有多种问题的解决经验
6. 愿意较频繁地出差
7. 良好的学习能力及沟通能力
8. 良好的口语及书面英语表达能力
9. 良好的计算机办公软件使用技能

Job Requirement:

-Independent machine installation and commissioning to ensure reliable result.

-Respond to technical problems relating to provide trouble shooting and maintenance, retrofit old machine updated.

-Independently handle customers after sales inquiries and coordinate manager with machines' reliability.

-Deliver warranty spare parts to the customer on time.

-Provide the technical training to both of technicians from sales organization and customers.

-Focus on customer satisfaction.

-Continuously improve the product quality & Reduce cost of poor quality.

-Work on any other duties and projects assigned by direct superior



Responsibilities:

-College or University graduate major in mechanical or related field.

-3-5 years of service experience.

-Experience in wood industry as service engineer is preferred.

-Strong service sense with hands on experience in the technical problem solving, and client relationship or maintenance.

-Extensive Problem Solving Experience.

-Be willing to travel frequently.

-Good learning capability and Good communication skill

-Good English skills in both oral & written

-Knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office
