职位描述

岗位职责:

1、协助建立、执行、完善公司的人力资源管理体系;

2、及时办理公司相关证件的注册、登记、变更、年检等手续;

3、跟进公司培训计划的实施情况,整理,归档培训资料;

4、后勤服务管理,包括房屋租赁、宿舍管理、食堂管理等等;

5、负责办公文具、打印机耗材采购及领取管理;

6、负责人事行政日常的具体事务工作、完成上级主管交待的临时性事务工作;


任职资格:
1、人力资源、行政文秘等专业大专及以上学历;

2、工作仔细、认真负责、较强的沟通能力及良好的团队合作精神;

3、具备生产型企业工厂管理的实际操作、熟练操作办公软件,有一定的英文基础;
