职责:
1. 维护企业局域网，无线局域网以及广域网及VPN连接。
2. 维护基于Windows 的物理服务器及虚拟机，更新系统及补丁。
3. 安装配置企业应用系统，监控应用系统的监控状况并进行故障处理。
4. 按计划执行数据库及文件服务器的备份。
5. 监控服务器机房的运行状态。
6. 维护网络及系统的病毒防护及安全。
7. 维护IP电话系统。
8. 维护电子邮件系统。
9. 维护视频会议系统。
10. 协助桌面运维工程师处理日常桌面事件处理。
11. 其他领导安排的IT相关工作。
能力要求:
1. 大学计算机、网络工程或其他信息技术相关专业。
2. 具备域控、文件服务器、打印服务器、Exchange Server、SharePoint Server，IIS的维护知识与能力。
3. 具备Cisco 交换机、Avaya 无线控制器的管理和维护知识与能力。
4. 了解Oracle， MS SQL Server 数据库的基本安装、配置及故障处理。
5. 了解主流虚拟化技术，如Hyper-V或VMware。
6. 具备ITIL基本知识。
7. 优先考虑CCNA或MCSE证书持有者。
8. 工作积极主动、一丝不苟，具有较强的上进心。
9. 具备较强的问题分析及沟通能力，善于通过系统化思维协作解决问题。

我们拥有四个业务部门: 机体结构部件（ARC）采用精湛的工程技术为发动机反推、发动机整流罩、雷达罩、飞行操纵舵面以及其它复合材料结构部件提供一流的维修、修理和大修服务;飞机部件服务（COM）迅速回应客户的各种维修需求以及对相关有效证书的要求，提供物流及客户服务，并提供液压、气动、机械、电子、电气、轮毂，救援设备部件的维护、修理、大修服务和工程支援；发动机服务（MES）提供发动机部件的检测和交换等服务；物流服务（LOG）为客户提供快捷高效的飞机部件物流服务。

Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen Co.,Ltd.is a joint venture invested by Lufthansa Technik AG,Germany(80%),Beijing Kailan Aviation Technology Co.(20%),It was formed on 17th October,2000 and located at No.2031 of Hangzhan Fourth Road the Int’l Airport in Bao’an District, Shenzhen city, China.

The goal of this company is to establish a most advanced aircraft maintenance base in China, provide repairing ,overhauling service with rich experience of Lufthansa Technik AG(LHT) for the carriers in Southeast Asia and even the rest of the world.

We have four business units: ARC (Airframe Related Components) services offer outstanding MRO services, a wide selection of spares, unsurpassed engineering know-how and fast on-site support for thrust reversers, cowlings, radomes, flight control surfaces and other composite structures., COM (Aircraft Components Service) provide customers with logistic and customer services of aircraft components with fast reaction on customers own specific requirements and effective certificates, and MRO services and engineering know-how support for hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, avionics, electronics, wheels, rescue and safety components., ENS（Engine Service）provide service for Engine Parts & Accessories Repair to support ongoing operation of its customers., LOG（Logistics service）provide customers with fast and efficient aircraft parts logistics services .
