Name : Services Representative
Professional field of application : I&C Customer Support

Job Purpose
The Services Representative is in charge of performing the services activities (installation supervision, site maintenance, technical assistance, training) proposed by the Services Center to the Chinese customers.
The Services Representative reports to the International Operations Director, with a functional link with Export Services Development Manager.
Key Accountability(But not limited)
? Conduct and supervise on-site Installation activities, modifications, troubleshooting, maintenance
? Take part to preparation and coordination meetings with the customer
? Administer the documents and tools necessary to the site service
? Manage the assigned Rolls-Royce staff
? Be responsible for the compliance with the site performance schedule in accordance with the legislation
? Be responsible for the compliance with quality procedures
? Be responsible for the compliance with Health, Security, Environment and radiation cares instructions
? Evaluate the results of tests & checks performed on equipment, compared with the test programs and to the measurement devices used for that purpose.
? In case of non-conformity, make sure that the decisions made are enforced
? Be the customer’s correspondent regarding performance coordination
? Be able to face the difficulties that may arise during site service operations
? Manage customer pressure
? Maintain close liaison with Manager and Projects site managers
? Remain in contact in all aspects of the assignment, Complete weekly time sheets for all periods
? Issue the End of Work Report after the servicing
? Perform the control of the site service performance in accordance and upon request of the Project Site Manager
? Contact the customer for additional information or precision when necessary
? Respect the deadline and process of each step
? Provide an analysis of the problem encountered by the customer, and give recommendations regarding the follow-up to give to the question raised.
? Submit to the concerned System Manager and get his/her validation before issuance of reply to Serenity Project Manager
? Prepare and animate in accordance with the schedule, respecting the specifications
? Evaluate trainees according to the criteria included into the specifications
? Issue a synthesis of the animated training courses
? Promote Rolls-Royce competencies and services
? Inform trainees on products proposed by Rolls-Royce
? Present past and in-progress Rolls-Royce references
? Value Rolls-Royce competencies in its core-field activities
? Feedback all business opportunities that may arise during discussions with customers on site
? Be able to analyse what could be proposed to the customer in order to improve his installation
? Take part to Customer meetings whenever required
? Bring the technical knowledge required during technical meetings negotiations
Qualification:
? Bachelor in Engineering and basic experience in civil nuclear industry
? 5 years of experience in a similar function.
? Fluency in Mandarin.Good level in English (written and spoken)
? Have a good working knowledge of Rolls-Royce Installation&Commissioning systems in all services activities as practicable and have regular technical training in France in order to keep this knowledge up to date.
? Have a great organization and autonomy ability
? Work closely with the teams of Rolls-Royce Customer Support Dept
? Work in the respect of all established processes and procedures
? Maintain a positive attitude around the Customer/Site at all times
? Extensive travel and extended periods away from home, depending on the location of equipment maintenance or supervision
