职位描述：

1. Be responsible for quotation of FCL shipment including ocean freight, local charges,

EXW/DDP/DDU charges as per SOP.

2. Be responsible for make booking and update booking information in time as per SOP.

3. Be responsible for container loading through coordinating with CFS/trucker as per SOP.

4. Be responsible for customs clearance co-ordination with customs broker to update clearance

status as per SOP.

5. Be responsible for container on-boarding as per SOP or report to leader if necessary.

6. Be responsible for checking and making B/L instruction.

7. Be responsible for daily communication with overseas for daily operational issues or report to

leader if necessary.

8. Co-ordinate with related parties for any problems during daily operation and report to leader if

neccessary.

9. Finishing related key-in in Phoenix system as per SOP.

10. Revenue and costing checking or audit and close file.

1 根据指令安排订仓、拖车、报关，与仓库/车队协调装箱事宜, 与报关行协调跟踪报关状态

2 根据公司操作流程，及时发送AMS/ACI/ISF/VGM/舱单等信息

3 关注箱子的放关上船动态，突发事件务必及时汇报上级，并作出处理

4 负责与代理针对日常操作的邮件沟通, 与相关部门协调处理日常操中遇到的问题，必要时汇报上级

5 负责提单的核对与制作

6 负责本地费用的成本录入及开票给客户，跟踪客户及时付款

7 对成本和收入进行检查并完成关帐

8 善于跟上级领导及同事间的沟通

1、性格开朗，具有较强的沟通能力及服务意识和团队精神

2、具有良好的客户服务意识

3、良好的中英文听、说、读、写能力

4、具有较强的自学能力；做事细心沉稳，服从领导安排

5、熟练使用电脑，熟悉操作系统
