？ Purchasing Activities execution: Coordinate all plant procurement requirements, procure them in place on time with correct quantity and good quality, preparing required documents such as purchase application and purchase order, ensure all activities are complies to company regulations, GMP, and related SOP.
采购事务的执行：搜集协调工厂的采购需求，按照公司的采购流程、GMP规程、SOP规程进行采购工作，制作相关单证如申购单、订单等，确保按质按量按时到位。


？ Order follow up:
日常跟单

？ Follow the Orders, monitoring delivery, replacement, return for regular supplying, collect related documents and put in file folders properly.
跟单，供应商的发货，退换货的日常跟踪，搜集并整理供应相关文件，存档。

？ Ensure all importing activities are on schedule. Working with importing handling process, preparing all related documents and coordinating with customs, related Government organizations and forwarders.
根据货物进口流程，协调和执行进口的各环节事务，准备各种文件，保证物料进口的及时和有序。

？ Collect supplier data. Collect necessary information for supplier management system.
搜集整理供应商信息。搜集并整理供应商管理所需要的文件，存档。

？ Check the orders are been delivered in right quantity and conditions, collect and make required documents handling to Finance department and use department.
采购订单的收货核对，搜集和制作相关表单如付款单等，及时递交财务和使用部门。


？ Sourcing execution and marketing survey
供应商开发及市场观察的具体执行：

？ Identify qualified suppliers, collect required information and documents. Coordinate with involved department for earlier assessment.
供应商甄别，搜集并整理供应商相关的信息和文件，并协调供应商和相关部门以便尽早进行评估。

？ Do supplier mapping.
了解国内供应市场动向。


？ Deliver all the job required reports and documentation in time
及时完成和提交工作中的各项报表、文稿等。


？ Support other functions, complete the tasks to be done in order to meet the requirement of GMP, SOP and safety laws and regulations.
配合其他部门完成各项GMP、SOP、公司安全规定、法规要求等需要开展的工作。


？ Handling other job from company in relation to purchasing.
承担与公司采购相关的其他工作。
