Job Description:

1. Work with test labs and suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance for all IFI products;
2. Work closely with supplier's QA team on business process improvement and work with them to drive key process changes that might impact customers;
3. Provide pre-sale and after-sale customer and technical support in China and Asia-Pacific region for IFI product lines;
4. Understand IFI's products, show and present IFI's products to the customers;
5. Understand customers' needs, offer the quotation, recommend and present new products to the customers and respond to their questions;
6. Work with IFI Sourcing, QC and Engineering team to ensure products meet quality standards;
7. Manage customer complaints and maintain good relationship with the customers;
8. Conduct problem analysis and provide solutions;
9. International and domestic travel as needed;
10. Other duties that are assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's Degree holder in engineering field;
2. Strong hands-on and programing capability;
3. At least 3-year working experience in toys / educational products quality assurance or customer support field;
4. Having strong self-learning ability;
5. Good patience and pleasant personality;
6. Self-motivated with excellent analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills;
7. Able to work under pressure and able to meet deadline;
8. Good command of English. CET-6 or above is required. Good spoken English skill is preferred;
9. A valid passport is require;
10. Based in Shenzhen.
