Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Business Case and qualitative evaluation

- Specifies size, scope and area of Training Centers

- Decides on developer and cooperation, rental model for the Training Centers

- Leads the negotiations with the developers of the future Training Centers

- Monitors the building of the Training Center to ensure BMW standard

- Reports Project status regular to Management

- Ensure the fitting out and installation of training specific requirements according to BMW standard

- Delivers turnkey Training Facilities ready to use

- Align with BMW AG as to standards, and keep BMW AG updated as to overall process.

Qualifications

- University degree / graduated in Engineering

- Background in engineering

- Experience with project management in building

- Knowledge of BMW building standards

- Knowledge of building processes

- Proficiency with project management

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Skills with negotiating

- Competency of understanding architectural plans

- Ability to steer and lead a project team
