Responsibilities:

- Advise the Dealer Management on service standards for BMW dealership in China.

- Follow up and implementation of the Workshop Equipment Planning for every new dealership facility.

- Advice and support the Dealer Management on the optimal layout for the Aftersales facilities in dealership.
- Develop an action plan for open issues together with Dealer Management and Dealer Development Project Manager.

Qualifications

- Master degree in Automotive Technology

- Knowledge of the Automotive retail business, dealer service activities and workshop equipment for service & repair operation
- Technical Knowledge of BMW vehicle technology preferred

- Excellent communication skills to develop positive working relationship quickly
- Coaching skills and training abilities

- Logical thinker with good planning and organizing skills

- High level of conflict management skills and creative problem solver

- Sound English language skills in spoken and written

- Good experience in IT-Knowledge (e.g. MS Office, mail, Internet)
- Self confident, inspiring and convincing

- Ability to work in an international working environment and general cultural awareness

- High grade of mobility and flexibility

- High grade of ability to handle stress

- Travel flexible
