职位描述

Responsibilities:

? Marketing Research
? Develop concept, Initiate / run studies, clinics, researches projects such as Brand Monitor, Advertising Test, U&A Studies or other studies.
? Analyze the respective results in cooperation with the team and involved agencies / internal departments, propose necessary actions and develop tasks / measures and programs based on the available research learnings / results.
? Interact closely with the internal marketing teams (e.g. Communication, Event, Product, CRM, Dealer Marketing and e-Marketing) and external departments within BMW Group China to meet their research requirements.
? Regular exchange with central market research function. Make BMW China position in global research projects understood and ensure smooth cooperation and effective result generation for all central projects conduced in China.
? Development of innovative research concepts to support all marketing functions based on their information needs and research requirements.
? Analysis of existing research results and data to generate additional insights for decision making in marketing planning, strategy and communication.
? Research budget planning and steering.
? Use the existing comprehensive research database and new projects as a basis to create additional insights for further development of the marketing strategy and activities for the BMW brand in China by carrying out consulting projects for single tasks and teams.

Qualification:

? University degree / graduated in statistics, marketing, Psychology or automobile. Preferred master degree in marketing.
? Excellent motivational, interpersonal, oral / written presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
? High capability in strategic thinking and acting, excellent analytical skills.
? Excellent knowledge of market research.
? Familiar with Microsoft tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
? Familiar with some statistic software is a plus, e.g. SPSS.
? Good leadership skills towards external parties (e.g. agencies), effective resources and multi tasks management.
? Enjoy fast-paced, high-pressure environment and multi-cultural exposure-capable to deal with different cultures such as German (BMW AG) and Chinese (BMW China).
? Excellent language skills in English (written and oral).
? Good understanding of marketing in the automotive industry environment.
