Responsibilities:

? Develop long term value realization plans by defining and managing appropriate portfolio of projects to achieve customer business objectives.
? Provide technical solution / internal consultant service according to the business requirements.
? As the interface to external business dept. and internal IT dept. from IT Infrastructure team.
? Manage overall project/program delivery to plan-scope, budget and milestones.
? Requirement /Change request process management and implementation.
? Manage /cooperate with external partners & suppliers to achieve the defined targets.
? Translate business requirements to IT language and implement the solution.
? Support overall IT Infrastructure issue for dealership side ,DMS related and sales organizations.

Qualification:

? University degree in Information Science or equivalent education and working experience.
? Technical Skills:
? Know-how of data center , windows server ,network ,storage, backup/restore, server and end-devices
? Experience on IT Infrastructure system support
? Experience in IT project management
? Business Knowledge:
? Knowledge of key business process in one or more area like:
? Sales and Distribution
? Marketing
? Parts
? Service/Warranty
? Accounting
? Process skills:
Including the following key processes:
? Service and System delivery using a recognized methodology (e.g. ITPM, ITIL)
? Good at communication and negotiation and willingness in communication.
? Intercultural competence, service minded, analyzing. Disciplined, positive, well communication skill.
? Proficient English.
? Customer oriented and good team player.
? Working under high pressure.
? 4-6 years background in IT Infrastructure support / IT Project management, in automobile industry preferred.
? 4-6 years experience with data center, servers, network, windows system, end-devices.
? Several years experience in multinational company is preferred.
? 1-3 years experience of dealership / DMS related IT Infrastructure support preferred.
