Responsibilities:
? Deal with all bank payment related issues.
? Ensure the safety of accounts in the bank under company's name.
? Check invoices and ensure payment timely and correctly.
? Cash Management:
? Ensure all cash and bank transactions in accordance with accounting policy as well as company guidelines.
? Monthly cash flow planning and variance analysis.
? Provide professional cash service in Beijing and Regional offices timely and accurately, deliver payment request to bank on time after getting booked applications.
? Book all cash transactions accurately on daily basis. Count the cash amount and make sure the balance of cash journal is equal to cash in safe.
? Supervises conditions, confirmations and charges from banks, closely work with NSC finance partner for alignment.
? Invoice Checking:
? Review and verify the all reimbursement applications and invoices incl. Fapiao after receiving approved reports and ensure all expenses are in accordance with company guidelines as well as the requirements from Tax department.
? Consulting and training to business departments to fill out all applications correctly to speed up the whole payment and reimbursement process.
? Provide support to accountant, prepare air-tickets, mobile phone fee files for accounting upload and park non-travel claims in SAP system.
? Other miscellaneous and temporary works per request.
Qualification:
? Bachelor Degree in Finance/Tax or related.
? Excellent communication skill.
? Good command of spoken and written English.
? Good PC skills, proficiency in accounting system, Excel and Word.
? Knowledge of banking business.
? High degree of pro-activeness, coordination skills, teamwork spirit.
? At least 1-2 years experience in foreign enterprise Finance Department.
