职位描述
Responsibility:
- Act as contact person of call center within BMW for information transfer, inquires and complaints handling and be able to communicate requirements/solutions effectively and independently between call center and BMW.
-According to defined KPI, monitor call center daily operation and call records.
-Responsible for supporting events from call center.
-Proactively identify problem and areas which could be improved and provide proper solution.
Qualifications:
- University degree or above
- Automobile industry background will be preferred.
- Call center operation and quality management competence.
- Working experiences in CRM or project management is required.
- COPC registator will be preferred.
- Customer service orientation for both internal and external customers.
- Actively thinking, good communication and team work.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Professional business PPT/Excel using skill will be preferred.
