职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning: Coordinate with event team to establish lead planning as integral part of marketing planning
- Lead generation: Manage and optimize lead generation in cooperation with campaign, CIC, and vendors
- Lead pool maintenance: Maintain the relationship with cold leads from both wholesale and retail levels through communication measures
- Effectiveness monitoring:
1) Review monthly lead generation result
2) Assess lead generation effectiveness by type of channels and by product segment
3) Oversee the integration of lead generation results as part of KPI system of campaign execution in joint effort with CRM Strategy"
- Review and refine planning approach for next year in joint effort with CRM Strategy
- People development: CRM Conquest team
Qualifications:
- University degree / graduated, Marketing or related major is preferred.
- Background in CRM / Sales / Marketing department of automotive/premium brand
- Familiar with marketing planning process
- Campaign management / Controlling / Sales experience is preferred
- Knowledge of conquest planning, execution, and monitoring
- Quantitative and analytical skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
- Actively thinking, good communication and team work
- Creative, responsible and detailed-oriented
- Computer operation: MS office, SPSS, and database
