Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing, implementing and adapting the BMW Retail Standards to BMW Chinese market.

- Monitor the RS auditing of all dealerships in Mainland China.

- Coaching of all BMW new dealerships with better understanding & implementation of Retail Standards.

- Provide audit report to all dealers and internal business departments.

- Analysis the audit results and communicates with related BMW internal departments and consults with possible improvement.

- Provide explanation and training to BMW dealers on Retail Standard.

- Selection and training of external auditors to ensure the qualification of auditors.

- Liaise with auditors for audit plan, standards results, and dealer feedbacks.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science, Business administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.

- Good English in oral and writing is a must;

- Good communication skill and being able to develop positive working
relationship;

- Good team player;

- Logic thinking and creative problem solver;

- Target oriented with high commitment

- Able to work under high pressure

- Detail oriented

- Knowledge of automotive retail business

- At least 3 years working experience in retail area
