Responsibilities:

- Standardize and optimize internal financial process

- Overall budget management, coordination and monitoring of Training Academy

- Budget planning, quarterly forecast and cost analysis

- Guide SAP support for adding new vendors, renewing contract and adding budget based on needs

- Audit regular training's quotations and invoice to monitor and ensure correct payment to suppliers and vendors efficiently

- Manage the contracts with training agencies and suppliers

- Coordinate with Controlling and Purchasing for efficient process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree and above

- 3 years experience in financial field

- Basic knowledge on dealer organization and operation

- Good skills with MS Office, SAP

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient English

- Good management skill

- Can work under pressure
