Responsibilities:
- Lead and build up all training concepts/programs related to mindset shaping to investors/dealer principles by incorporating inputs and requirements from management
- Responsible for maintaining a regular and smooth communication channel with stakeholders, e.g. internal partners such as business departments, regions, etc., and external partners such as investors, dealer G.M., dealer group HRD, in order to be constantly acknowledged with their feedbacks, inputs, requirements and potential needs, identify the priority, and incorporate such in the management training programs.
- Responsible for setting up and monitoring a process to cover regular and systematic training needs analysis, the output of which plays the major input for training content upgrading on regular basis
- Lead and implement strategic succession planning programs for dealer groups in order to support partners to tackle the challenge of management qualification vs. expansion of dealer network
- Lead in planning all dealer management related projects/programs and set targets, quantitative and qualitative ones including budget plan, and ensure the fulfillment of targets.
- Responsible for budget monitoring for all dealer management training related projects/programs on regular basis
- Lead specific programs from top-down.
- Responsible for trainer/vendor selection and management by following a clear guideline and process
- Responsible for building up a management training team, constantly maintain and enhance the team dynamic, motivation and working efficiency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
- Background in business administration, management training/coaching/consultancy
- Solid experience with project management
- Experience in premium brands or retail business preferred
- Knowledge of the Automotive Retail Business.
- Knowledge of HR management.
- Ability to work in an international working environment.
- Excellent communicator with ability to develop positive working relationships quickly.
- Highly analytical with good planning and organizing skills.
- Logical thinker and creative problem solver.
- Good command in English language
