Responsibilities:

- Ensure parts availability of local spare parts balancing high availability versus costs for storing and obsolete risk.

- Review and follow-up performance of suppliers.

- Manage and report stock status of spare parts after EOP.

- Initial stock proposal for BBA in-house spare parts for new launched locally produced car models.

- Initial stock proposal for local parts of newly set-up RDCs in China.

- Coordinate source and purchase process of local parts with BBA internal departments as well as AG counter parties and local purchase contracts validity monitoring.

- Participate, support and implement projects (e.g. F18 spare parts export, F35 sheet metal parts supply, and remanufacture/return parts and so on)

- Coordinate and communicate on local parts issues to internal parties.

- KPI reports concerning local parts performance.

- Manage claims process of local parts.


Qualifications:

- University degree

- Knowledge of financial principles, experience with stock management preferred

- Automotive retail knowledge

- Knowledge of parts business in general

- Experience with SAP Systems

- Experiences in operational logistics

- Presentation skills and report writing

- Analytical thinking

- Communication skills

- Negotiation skills

- Interpersonal and communications skills

- Good English, both oral and written

- Reliable and flexible

- Ability to operate self responsible and independently
