Responsibilities:
- Lead or perform audit projects according to audit plan. Responsibilities as a team member include:
a. Gain an understanding of the process
b. Identify the potential control risks
c. Modify the standard audit program in response to the risks
d. Review the operation of the process through interviews, observation, analyses, and document examination
e. Evaluate the information learned and drawing conclusions regarding the adequacy of controls
f. Develop specific recommendations for improvement
g. Prepare audit report and conduct follow up
- Lead or conduct fraud investigation and consulting service based on requests.
- Support Audit Head to work on audit process continuous improvement efforts
- Keep abreast of corporate policies and procedures, current developments in accounting and auditing professions, and change in laws, as applicable
- Improve BBA associates' awareness by conduct trainings and consultings

Qualifications:
- Bachelor above degree in business administration, finance or related subject required
- At least 6 years working experience in IA, BA, Controlling or with a Chartered Accounting Company. Fraud audit/IT forensic audit experiences are preferred
- Proficient English (speaking and writing), German would be an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, and SAP
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions
- Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Subject knowledge in specific business areas as specialist
- Skills with communication and presentation
- Strong Learning ability
