职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training of Used Car sales, processes, product, marketing, to retail network and support wholesale company training in business relevant topics
- Develop and deliver career and certification program to UC Sales and Marketing related key potions in dealer organizations
- Conduct competitor research and benchmarking concerning UC training content and methods
- Develop training brochures based on the UC line function requirements and processes
- Clearly brief trainers and closely monitor trainers to deliver training content as requested
- Work with internal and external trainers to develop adapted and localized UC training concept, content, program specifications and materials for UC product & sales trainings
- Recruit, assess and develop External Trainer for Sales and Product training
- Elaborate and align the annual UC training plan and provide UC trainings statistics and reporting. Evaluate training effectiveness and follow-up with in-dealership training
- Setup Dealer coaching programs jointly with UC line function and measure the success
- Plan and manage UC trainings budget. Allocate budget and coordinate the planned topics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of business administration, marketing, economics or equivalent
- At least 3 years job experience in marketing, preferably in selling new or used automobiles
- Automotive Retail experience
- Working experience on marketing agency level
- Fluent in Chinese and English is a must
- Understanding of Used Car Business
- Understanding of BMW corporate philosophy and image
- In-depth knowledge of training concepts and organization topics
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Good Microsoft office knowledge, SAP and TRIAS knowledge
- Strong creative and interpersonal skills. Practical, commercially pragmatic approach
- Customer and business oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in an intercultural environment
