Responsibilities:
- To maintain & develop relationship between BMW Brilliance and government to support BMW Brilliance management for sustainable development & vision fulfillment
- support Government Affairs management and BMW Brilliance departments at different levels to achieve business goals
- To organize and/ or participate in key government affairs including meetings between shareholders/senior management and government officials, courteous visits, business negotiations, government-organized meetings & seminars, events, ceremonies, etc.
- To support project approval in line with governmental requirements with proper corporate benefits protection and preferential policy acquirement
- To apply for special subsidies regarding intelligence, projects and expats for BMW Brilliance 's interest and support government personal procurement coordination
- To communicate effectively with BMW Brilliance departments and to take charge in internal normal administration & SAP operation and external plant tour arrangement
- To participate in BMW Brilliance crisis management and urgent case lobbying to obtain support immediately to resolve crisis
- To update policy analysis by informing BMW Brilliance related departments timely policy changes and collecting input from business departments for policy adjustment.

Qualifications:
- University degree or above
- Several years experience in government affairs relevant
- Background in government or in auto industry would be good plus
- Skills with PC experience, MS Office working knowledge
- Be familiar with Chinese government organizational structure and system
- Professional manner with international experience - multinational and/or auto industry work experience ideal
- Strong sense of team work spirit and self-motivated
- Good adaptability and communication skill
- Very good English and Chinese written and verbal language skills
