JOB SUMMARY
? Responsible for the department set-up and management, lead team to complete sales target.
? Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the outbound exhibition schemes and plans and the organization for inviting businesses and exhibitors according to company’s development strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) To set up Outbound Trade Fair team, organize and manage team members to provide effective and qualified projects to achieve the performance objectives of the department.
2) Acquire Outbound Trade Fair sales progress and monitor expenses within responsibilities according to project account requirements, and report to the superior in time on causes of income loses and cost overruns.
3) To set up the outbound exhibition project planning, project implementation process, supervise and manage team for project execution, lead the team to complete the company sales revenue and profit.
4) To maintain close contact and communication exhibition cooperate and provide necessary support for the overseas exhibition organizers;
5) Responsible for the organization and service for the overseas pavilions. Including package tours abroad, decorating, transportation, travel, other comprehensive services and the effective management for all exhibitors.
6) Establish a database of target customers, develop and maintain clients to provide the professional service.
7) Other tasks assigned by the superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
1) Good computer skill (office software)
2) Strong communication and presentation skills.
3) Excellent written & spoken English, German preferred
4) Experience in outbound exhibition / services including sales and operation.
5) Strong in project management, planning, organizing and coordination.
