Key Responsibility




Responsible for the Analytics Center. Designs the new Analytics Center and establishes it as the CoC for customer analytics, reporting and performance measurement.

Responsible for Big Data and CRM data mining.

Designs and rolls out the Dealer Service Center. Provides dealers with all relevant reports and data for their daily business.

Responsible for Database Enrichment. Identifies new external data sources (e.g. vertical websites), designs, and implements and automates the technical solution to enrich existing leads and customer profiles with additional third party information.

Responsible for developing a Datamart for daily data matching from different data sources. Conducts manual proof of concept and then automates the solution to transfer to daily business. Aligns with data privacy and legal to ensure all requirements are met.

Creates campaign bookshelf. This includes collection of business requirements across all departments, campaign design, report set up, SQL code generation, result generation and automation of campaign.

Ensures that campaigns on wholesale and retail level are tracked and reported end-to-end (sales conversion for each campaign). Designs and implements cross-departmental solutions and guidelines for campaign tracking. Implements tracking of customer response to campaigns.

Sets up reporting for CRM campaign conversion rate measurement. Develops KPI set and defines business levers how to increase campaign efficiency and effectiveness based on these KPIs. Ensures efficient CRM campaign budget spending based on the campaign performance KPIs.

Designs target definition process and measures actual performance against target values. Develops automated monitoring solution.

Translates report and campaign results into recommendations and ensures best practice sharing.

Ensures training on wholesale and retail level and across business departments how to track and monitor campaigns. Works closely together with the Manager for Process Development for the user training.

Defines a suitable control group to measure the impact of personalization on campaign performance and to enable step-by-step optimization of the campaigns.

Designs and implements Web Analytics solution for all digital channels.

Defines a suitable control group to measure the impact of personalization on campaign performance.

Responsible for daily data requests from other teams and departments in order to enable fact-based decision making or improvements. Monitors the effects of the decisions / measures taken and thus positively influences business decisions.

Works closely together with Manager of Process Development to set up processes for target group specification, campaign tracking, analyses, reporting, monitoring, consulting and training.

Conducts data mining and in-depth analyses for special topics of interest to enable fact-based decision making and optimization of CRM solutions.
Qualification




University degree / graduated in economics, social sciences, computer science, information systems or industrial engineering.

Knowledge of China automotive industry

Strong analytical skills

Data mining and CRM analytics experience

Experience in performance measurement

Experience in Business Process Design and CRM implementation projects

High level of teamwork and communication skills

Proficient English, German would be an advantage
