Employment – full time

Key Responsibility

• Follow up chop administration related legislations.


• Engrave chops (new chops/damaged chops) and register samples of seals with authorities to fulfill legal requirements, as well as to prepare related documentations for these purposes.


• Announce the start/suspension/stop of use of any chop;


• Apply chops to documents based on the defined scope of chop usage and approval flows;


• Verify the chop usage pertinence on the document from legal perspective and serve as the last legal checking point for defined types of critical documents;


• Archive samples of seals and e-copies of sealed documents;


• Keep safety of the chops; other chop administration responsibilities.


• These responsibilities are set to ensure proper use of the chops and to avoid risks in connection with misuses.


• Handle gifts and answer gift handling enquiries based on company guidelines and under the supervision of the compliance manager.


• Conduct legal researches and perform the legal and compliance support tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Law.


• Knowledge of PRC laws


• Proficiency with Microsoft tools


• Good communication skills


• Assertiveness


• Proficient English would be an advantage
