Key Accountablilities:

• Mentor Startups on Supply Chain Selection, Factory Management & Planning
• Lead Supply Chain Strategy Development for each new startup
• Key Member of New Project Assessment Team evaluating startup opportunities with a particular focus on delivery
• Develop the supply base management team through leadership and direction
• Collaborate with our supply chain partners to ensure competive value for new startups implementing appropriate controls to ensure deadlines are met and driving a culture of continuous improvement
• Evaluate existing supply base processes and identify opportunities for process improvement through the use of processes and technology.
• Provide an objective perspective supported by data for all recommendations while continuing to build an environment of Customer Service Excellence

Knowledge and Experience:

• Have 8 years + experience in a Manufacturing and supply chain business development function ideally within an International environment.
• Strong appreciate and knowledge of the commercial dynamics of a Manufacturing and supply chain business
• Have excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
• Extensive experience in building and managing a Team
• Have a strong results orientated can do attitude.
• Be impactful and have a strong character.
• Proven Track Record of Customer Service Excellence
• Proven record of strategic and creative thinking
• Strong Communication Skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude
