• Provides direct supervision and hands-on guidance to 3+ data mining scientists. Develops and provides appropriate assignments, and directs them to achieve assignments according to established policies and management guidance. Evaluates and communicates progress toward project-level as well as career development goals.
• Manages a significant functional/business area and is responsible for seller exit models and end to end lifecycle management in this area. Oversees and coordinates activities. Completely responsible for overall outcomes of analytic solutions and resources in the area of responsibility.
• Design, develop and manage big data-driven predictive models to solve business problems using the latest technologies in machine learning, pattern recognition, and social networks
• Design best structure and select the most appropriate modeling techniques which may include a combination of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
• Focuses significantly on providing the appropriate framing of business problems, making critical design decisions, defining project plans and work breakdowns, setting timelines and quality metrics for the project, and coordinating activities of cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Establishes operational plans and objectives for development of analytic solutions to meet current and future business needs. Participates in and often leads establishment of strategic business plans and objectives in the area of responsibility.
• Collaborates closely with other business and technology partners in creating and maintaining business plans and roadmaps. Effectively communicates impact of analytic solutions on business.

• BS/BA degree in science or engineering fields with 8+ years professional related work experience or Master's degree and 6+ years, or Doctorate and 4+ years. Computer science, Electronic engineering or communication background is preferred.
• 4+ years supervisory experience
• Excellent business knowledge and business acumen.
• Strong project management knowledge and people management skill
• Strong business communication skills on a wide range of business topics and issues.
• Proven experience in employing analytics solution on real world problems
• Passionate about big data, data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence.
• Excellent problem solver, analytic thinker, and quick learner.
• Fluent in English.
