Duties and responsibilities:

1. Generates rolling production forecasts based on contributed information and monitors plan stability and order cycle time.
2. Monitors deviations between forecasts, production plans and actual demands.
3. Develops corrective actions and triggers decision-making in case of critical deviations.
4. Ensures lean production stability and delivery reliability on a daily basis.
5. According to the control process of SAP, propose reasonable suggestion for bettering the planning module of SAP.
6. Generates material requirement plan for logistic supplying.
7. Generate PS scheduling in SAP, coordinate the result among depts.
8. Analyzes deficiencies in the supply chain, develops and implements process improvements.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above;
2. More than 5 years in machinery manufacturing or assembly industry field.
3. Good English in both spoken and written.
4. Good communication.
5. Proactive, open minded.
