- For our Healthcare Division in Shenzhen,we are looking for a (SSMR)(AX)Quality Management System Coordinator/质量管理系统协调员.

What are my responsibilities?

- Contribute to success of AX in Shenzhen through efficient QMS procedures and measures. Ensure effective processes in the quality system (e.g. QMS Procedures, Documentation Control, Training, CAPA, etc.) are established and maintained.

- Oversee and coordinate quality management activities and provide quality management assistance for all processes at AX in Shenzhen and ensure effective interactions at process level with quality team in Germany.

- Ensure full compliance with national and international regulatory standards as well as Siemens guidelines in accordance with Quality Management System.

- Ensure appropriate trainings for all AX personnel in Shenzhen with ISO9001, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, Siemens guidelines and associated regulatory standards and requirements.

- Ensure effective interactions at process level with quality team to effectively incorporate process activities into overall AX strategies and quality systems.

- Coordinate/manage CAPA and complaint activities.

- Coordinate and assist all activities related to AX Quality management system.

- Assist during third party certification body QMS audit, authorities audit and Siemens Quality System evaluations;

- Author, change and update Quality procedures and SOPs as applicable

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- University degree or adequate

- Experience in Quality system management

- At least 3 years of relative experience

- Good knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 13485, FDA regulations

- Effective written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese

- Excellent consultation skills
