In order to achieve the sales target for certain region, which is bigger than a province, according to the company's
overall sales strategy and market developments, make sales plan for the region, guide the sales team and monitor
sales activities, maintain high-level contacts with key dealers and customers and play a strong role in the important
negotiation.

Duties & Responsibilities (By Category and %)

- Make sales plan for the region;
- Manage sales activities of the sales team and be responsible for the sales target achievement of the region,
including the new product target;
- Maintain the high-level contacts with the key distributors and customers in the region, and establish good communication mechanisms;
- Provide strong support in the negotiation with regional key customers;
- Making annual budget and sales POR for the region;
- Build up and develop the regional sales team, and retain the key talents.
Qualifications and Experience

？ Bachelor Degree; Major in automation related;
？ Minimum 8-year sales experience and 3-year team management experience in industry automation;

？ Excellent communication skills and team work spirit;
？ Good Process Management Skills; Good authorization skills to motivate subordinates;
