Job Descriptions:
- Lead site quality activities to make sure product quality level is achieved customer requirement, maintain related management system such as ISO9001/ISO14001 which are under controlling.
- Set up product quality control process, management all of quality/environmental issues which generated by internal and external functions.

- Vendor quality management
a. Qualify vendor with Sourcing and CP team together
b. Set up quality control process for raw material control
c. Set up GP management rule for all of AVL vendors
d. Lead quality/GP issues for raw material

- Product/Process quality/Environmental control
a. Set up quality control process for all kinds of products to achieve quality level upon customer request
b. Control the product is GP compliant
b. Lead MRB for all kinds of quality/environmental issues
c. Handle customer complaints

- ISO system set up and maintenance
a. Set up and maintain ISO system
b. Lead or support Management Review meeting and ISO internal audit

- Department management and daily communication
a. Lead QA function to achieve the KPIs which are assigned by TOP management team
b. Coach and train QEs to be qualified person for the position
c. Balance the manpower for QA functions between quality level and cost controlling
d. Be the liaison and do communication with internal and external functions for all of quality/environmental activities

Requirements:
- College's degree or above education background
- At least 5+ years working experience for quality/engineering field in manufactory industry
- At least 3+ years working experience for the leader of quality functions
- Knowledge of ISO9001/14001, 5S, Six Sigma, CI and process/system audit skills, the certificates of ISO9001/14001internal auditor are needed
- Be good at English skill, for both written and oral communication
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Knowledge of ESD control a plus
- Be self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to see, and speak, hears, write, and understand English.
- Sustained attention to detail.
- Ability to read and analyze data and other written information.
- Minimal physical exertion.
