岗位职责：

1. 根据需求，完成网页及移动设备界面的信息架构、交互流程及美术设计.
2. 利用HTML5、CSS, JS等相关技术开发平台的web前端页面。
3. 能针对公司的项目或产品独立规划界面风格、视觉效果和交互体验，从而提 升用户体验。
4. 根据需求实现静态页面交互效果, 优化现有产品页面前端体验和页面响应速度，并保证兼容性和执行效率。

岗位要求/任职条件：

1. 本科以上学历，一年以上专业互联网公司的网站美工/网页设计师/UE/UI设计经验；
2. 具备一定的美术功底、良好的色彩搭 配和创意设计能力、可以独立完成整个过程设计；
3. 精通HTML/XHTML、CSS，熟悉页面架构和布局。
4. 精通Web标准，对可用性、可访问性、SEO、前端性能优化, 用户体验流程, 等相关知识有实际的了解和实践经验.
5. 熟悉bootstrap框架及LESS预处理器框架。
6. 熟悉JavaScript, jQuery, 了解Spring mvc框架；
7. 熟练处理IE、Firefox、Chrome等浏览器兼容问题；
8. 熟练掌握 Photoshop
9. 有较强的业务理解能 力，能独立分析用户需求并形成产品思路，寻求最佳视觉表达方式；
10. 工作积极主动、富有责任心、独立性强、良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。
