职位描述
岗位职责：
人事方面：
1. 建立、完善人力资源管理体系，制订并组织实施人力资源管理制度（包括招聘，培训，绩效，薪酬及员工发展等）；
2. 简历的筛选，协调招聘工作，人力成本的把控 ；
3. 提案、制定适合公司发展的薪酬福利体系和管理制度，完善薪酬体系；
4. 结合业务现状对公司给予激励政策建议与支持；
5. 做好公司与员工的沟通桥梁，组织开展员工日常管理沟通、疏导、答疑等员工关系管理工作；
6. 建设完善企业文化，维护企业形象；
行政方面：
1. 负责组织起草各类行政文件，建立健全公司行政各项管理规章制度；
2. 负责对各部门，各岗位的工作进行协调与督办，确保公司各项工作有效落实；
3. 负责公司后勤保障工作（包括用水用电、安全意识等）；
4. 负责公司对内、对外活动的组织安排与活动策划；
5. 做好公司文档的建立和管理。
任职要求：
1. 人力资源、行政管理或相关专业专科以上学历；
2. 了解现代企业人力资源管理模式并具有实践经验
3. 较强的计划性与执行力；待人亲切，能够有效激励、沟通、协调、团队工作；
4. 具有较强的创新能力和企业文化建设经验
