职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for Body training and whole training process in order to ensuring the training successfully conducted
1) Preparation base on the check list: The Material, facility and all tools required for the training.
2) Conducting Face to Face Training up to BMW Standard
3) Training Report and Analysis ( Feedback and follow up)
- Developing and Adapting the training course base on BMW requirement and needs of the market.
- Analysis trainee's record and training feedback report for long term development.
- Preparing the training material and training brochures in Chinese language as required.
- Participation in international Train the Trainer as required by the superior base on the need of the training.
- Supporting manager on Body Training concept development and Training Planning.
- External body trainer Management to ensure the trainer performance and training quality up to BMW standard.
- Body Training Parts and Consumables planning and controlling.
- Body Training Certification and Competition organization.
Qualifications
- University degree / graduated in engineering
- Body training delivery experiences
- Body repair experiences
- Able to lead and organize certification for body staffs.
- Able to conduct most kind of Body Training.
- In-depth understanding of Aftersales business, especially in workshop area
- Certified BMW Trainer, a role model of training and coaching
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Being able to improve body repair competence and skills steadily
- Showing the positive and professional attitude toward all colleagues in BMW China
- Open minded and willing to improve
