Position: Advanced Specialist  Local Parts Quality & Packaging 资深国产零部件质量与包装专员

Division: Aftersales

Location: Beijing

 

Responsibilities:

• Act as the interface of Aftersales in dealing with quality and packaging topics with local vendors, Shenyang plant, Internal/External auditors and other business teams.


• Take charge in ensuring quality objectives for local parts and accessories through quality control, random checking and reporting.


•  Create standard for local parts quality management and packaging design and build methodology by parametric setting.


• Plan, design, determine local parts/accessory packaging requirement profiles, develop, evaluate and optimize packaging concept parts supply to ensure optimum overall cost.


• Responsible for EOP packaging plan/design and quality assurance, documents handover, analysis cost influence by different packaging design.


• Support in supplier evaluations, initial samples of parts, definition of quality, files archive. Initiate and control debugging process.      

                                              

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in Vehicle Engineering or equivalent


• Over 5 years’ experience in area of engineering and quality management in multi-national company


• Sound knowledge in quality methods and quality assurance in automotive industry.   


• Logistics experience or knowledge is plus.


• Familiar with packaging design and knowledge              


• Team spirit, sound communication skill, flexibility to adapt


• Self-motivated, results driven and detail-oriented


• English fluent in spoken and written.
