工作职责：
1．业务推动和人力发展
-根据区部的业务发展计划，推动各类业务发展项目，例如业务竞赛、增员项目等，确保其有效实施；
-组织各类营销员活动，如事业说明会、产品说明会等，协助营管处负责人推动公司产能的提升和人力发展。
-会议经营：通过早会、夕会，组织业务主管会议，日常、年度等相关策划会等，向保险营销员传递公司信息，交流业务经验，协助营销员制订展业计划并提供支持。
-人员激励和辅导：通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求，激励其提升产能。

2.协作内外勤日常事务处理：
-通过会议或个人面谈收集保险营销员的意见和建议；
-跟进、处理营销员的纠纷、特批申请、申诉、纪律/营运咨询和查询；
-跟进营销员和业务主管的资格考试、合约考核和终止；
-安排、处理营销服务部日常事务。

职位要求：
-本科或以上学历
-3年以上市场营销或管理工作经验，资深候选人定级业务发展经理
-良好的人际关系技巧及影响他人能力
-良好的领导力和演讲技巧
-良好的沟通能力
